Refund policy

Thank you for supporting an indie sewing pattern brand. I want you to feel confident when you order, so here is how returns and refunds work.

Digital sewing patterns (PDF)

  • All PDF pattern purchases are final once the files are delivered or downloaded.

  • If you bought the same pattern twice, received the wrong files, or have a technical issue with downloading or printing, email me at hi@tintofmintpatterns.com and I will help right away.

  • If your order has not been downloaded yet, you can request a cancellation by emailing hi@tintofmintpatterns.com.

EU digital content notice

By downloading the files, you agree that digital content is supplied immediately and that the 14 day right of withdrawal for digital content does not apply after delivery. If you prefer to keep the 14 day period, do not download the files and email me to cancel within 14 days of purchase.

Printed patterns

  • You can return printed patterns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, complete, and in the original packaging.

  • To start a return, email hi@tintofmintpatterns.com within 14 days. I will share the return address and instructions.

  • Unless the item is faulty or I made a mistake, return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility. Items sent back without first requesting a return cannot be accepted.

Damaged or incorrect items

Please check your order on arrival and contact me immediately if something is damaged or incorrect so I can make it right with a replacement or refund.

Exchanges

For PDFs there is no need to exchange sizes because files include the full size range. If you ordered the wrong printed pattern by accident, email me as soon as possible. If the order has not shipped, I can update it. If it has shipped, follow the printed pattern return process above and place a new order.

Sale items and gift cards

Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.

Refunds

I will email you once your return is received and checked. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Banks can take a few days to post refunds. If it has been more than 15 business days since your refund was approved, please email hi@tintofmintpatterns.com.
