I purchased a pattern. Where can I find it?

After completing your purchase, you will receive an email with your order confirmation and links to download all the files. If you don’t see the email, check your spam or junk folder. If you created an account on our website, you can also log in and find your files in the “DOWNLOADS” section.

 

I entered the wrong email when placing my order. What should I do?

No problem! Send us a message with your name, the incorrect email you used, and the correct email address. We will locate your order and send the files to the correct email.

 

How many times can I download my pattern?

You can download your pattern as many times as you need. However, we recommend saving a backup copy to your device for easy access.

 

Do you offer refunds on digital patterns?

Since our products are digital and instantly downloadable, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns. If you experience any issues with your order, please contact us, and we will do our best to help.

 

Which size should I choose?

For most patterns, we recommend choosing your usual size. We have a Size Guide available to help you check your measurements and find the best fit.

 

My pattern printout has borders. What should I do?

Make sure you are printing at 100% scale (actual size) and selecting the correct file format for your printer.  We always recommend printing a test page first to ensure the correct scale before printing the full pattern. I don’t have a printer. Can I still use your patterns?

Yes! All of our patterns include an A0 format, which can be printed at a local or online print shop.

 

Do your patterns include seam allowances?

Yes! To simplify the sewing process, all of our patterns include a 1cm seam allowance where necessary.

 

Do you offer patterns in other languages?

At the moment, all of our patterns are available in English only. However, our sew-along video tutorials are translated into 12+ languages to assist non-English speakers.

 

Do you create custom sewing patterns?

No, we do not offer custom pattern services at this time.

 

Can I sell items made using your patterns?

Yes! You are welcome to sell handmade items created using our patterns on a small scale. However, mass production and reselling of the digital pattern files are strictly prohibited.
