Orders & Downloads
I purchased a pattern. Where can I find it?
Once your order is complete, you’ll automatically receive an email with your download links and order confirmation.
If it doesn’t appear in your inbox, check your spam or junk folder, sometimes it hides there.
If you created a customer account, you can also log in anytime to find your files under My Account → Downloads.
I entered the wrong email address when ordering. What should I do?
Don't worry! Just email me at hi@tintofmintpatterns.com with your full name, the incorrect email you used, and the correct one. I’ll locate your order and resend the files.
How many times can I download my pattern?
There’s no limit, you can download your pattern as many times as you need.
Still, I recommend saving a backup copy on your device or cloud storage for easy access in the future.
Printing & Files
My pattern printed with borders or the scale looks off.
Ensure that your printer settings are set to Actual Size (100%) and not “Fit to Page.”
Always print the test square first to confirm the scale.

I don’t have a printer. Can I still use your patterns?
Yes, of course. Each Tintofmint pattern includes an A0 copy shop file that you can print at a local or online print service.
Selected patterns are also available in limited printed editions, ready to ship from our studio.
Do your patterns include seam allowances?
Yes, all Tintofmint patterns include a 1 cm (⅜ inch) seam allowance unless otherwise stated.
Sizing & Fit
Which size should I choose?
You can find your best fit by checking the Size Guide available on our website.
If you’re between sizes, you can blend between them easily, as all Tintofmint patterns are layered for flexible adjustments.
Are your patterns beginner-friendly?
Yes. Each pattern includes clear instructions and a detailed sew-along video that walks you through the entire process.
Every product page mentions the recommended skill level so you can choose a project suited to your experience.
Policies
Do you offer refunds or exchanges on digital patterns?
Because all patterns are delivered instantly as digital downloads, we don’t offer refunds, exchanges, or returns.
If you experience any issues with your order, please contact me and I’ll be glad to help resolve it.
Can I sell items made with your patterns?
Yes. You are welcome to sell handmade items created from Tintofmint patterns on a small scale.
However, mass production, factory use, or resale of digital files is not permitted.
Languages & Tutorials
Are the patterns available in other languages?
All written instructions are currently in English.
Most of our sew-along video tutorials include subtitles in over 12 languages, making them accessible worldwide.
Do you offer custom patterns?
Not at the moment. Each Tintofmint design is carefully developed, tested, and graded to ensure a beautiful fit and finish across all sizes.
